Beneath the surface of the Caribbean Sea, you’ll catch the elusive spiny lobster the way the locals do – with a handmade lasso. This exclusive Four Seasons experience begins with breakfast at EsQuilina, followed by an exciting day at sea with lunch and refreshments provided. Once back on shore, the experience culminates with cocktails on the pier before settling in to a private beach BBQ dinner where the chef prepares a special Caribbean-style sofrito marinade, made with fresh, organic ingredients from the Resort’s herb garden, that bring out the natural sweetness of the lobsters.
