Inspired by ancient recipes from China and lively morning markets across Asia, Chef Matt presents a truly delectable selection: Savour Thypoon Shelter Fried Flower Crab (a beloved Cantonese recipe), “La Zi” Chicken (a spicy, herb-filled Hunan dish) and Szechuan Pepper Crab (a Szechuan staple). The buffet also features an array of wok-tossed dishes, delicately steamed seafood, roasted meats, a Lok-Lok steamboat station and Chinese desserts. Diners can even curate their very own Yee Sang.
