Meet the team

Jan Jurecka

Bar manager
Bar Manager Jan Jurecka brings over 20 years of international bartending experience to TELU, as well as a personal passion for sustainability as a certified diver. TELU’s on-site gardens supply herbs, spices and fruits for garden-to-glass cocktails, and an arak cellar for Jurecka to teach guests about Bali’s ancient arak (rice wine) culture.


  • Classes and Workshops

    TELU is also open for cocktail classes and workshops by appointment, allowing you to learn how to craft you own cocktails with ingredients foraged from our surrounding herb garden, and monthly events highlighting local distillers, producers and guest bartenders.
