Off-Site Group Dining

FLY-FISHING PICNIC
Your group can fly fish at a local river – wading, walking or drifting along in a handcrafted boat, while learning to catch and release. Then everyone can enjoy a Four Seasons picnic lunch served on the riverbank. It’s a memorable combination of team-building and outdoor dining.

HORSE WHISPERING EXPERIENCE
At the beautiful Diamond Cross Ranch in Moran, Wyoming – about 60 minutes from Four Seasons – your group can witness a one-hour horse-whispering demonstration. The expert trainer takes a troubled young horse that has never been ridden and, miraculously, the horse quickly becomes calm and ridable. It’s a great lesson in the power of trust and communication. Afterwards, lunch or a BBQ dinner can be served outdoors at the ranch.

SNAKE RIVER RANCH
The open landscapes of Snake River Ranch provide a blank canvas for your creativity. Working with our preferred destination management company, RMC, you’ll be able to create an unforgettable dining experience at this working ranch. Choose from multiple locations and dazzling mountain backdrops. This unique combination of tents is just one possibility. Bring in your own tents, dance floors, stages, and audio-visual equipment. The sky is truly the limit!
DINNER IN THE TETONS
Located in Teton Village, the Grey Barn is a great setting for a western-themed party. There are several unique ways to arrive. Guests can walk or travel by horseback or covered wagon. Let us customize a gourmet chuck-wagon dinner.
VERTICAL HARVEST
Bring your group to Vertical Harvest, one of the world’s first vertical greenhouses, located on a sliver of vacant land next to a parking garage in Jackson. This 13,500-square-foot (1,254-square-metre) three-storey stacked greenhouse uses one-tenth of an acre (.04 hectare) to grow an annual amount of produce equivalent to five acres (two hectares) of traditional agriculture. Specialties include leafy greens, herbs and tomatoes. Your guests enjoy a tour of the greenhouse, followed by a catered Four Seasons reception on site, where our chef celebrates Vertical Harvest produce.
ON-SITE GROUP DINING

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT BREAKFAST
Treat your group to a private breakfast with mountain views in The Handle Bar at Four Seasons – boasting ski-in/ski-out access. Choose from our classic banquet menu for breakfast, and invite everyone to enjoy the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, fantastic views, and backdoor proximity to adventure.

FARM-TO-TABLE DINNER
For a gala dinner in the Cottonwood Ballroom, let our team lead you through a culinary journey inspired by Wyoming’s traditions of vast ranches and farms, filled with indigenous flavours and new discoveries. Fresh, year-round produce comes from Vertical Harvest, a three-storey, stacked greenhouse in Jackson.

EVENING WITH THE STARS
End a special dinner with a night cap and outdoor experience never to be forgotten. Explore the night sky with the guidance of our Four Seasons astronomer. Discover awe-inspiring views using a state-of-the-art telescope.

FIRESIDE RECEPTION
Whether summer or winter, plan an outdoor reception around the fire pit on our Cottonwood Lawn. On warm evenings, it’s a beautiful, relaxed setting – perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. On winter days, everyone can participate in a snowman-making contest!
ON-SITE RESTAURANTS
Enquire with a catering specialist about private group dining events in any of our on-site Four Seasons restaurants – adding a sense of exclusivity to your Jackson Hole meeting. Ask about raised “loft” areas that may be reserved on a semi-private basis.

WESTBANK GRILL
Specializing in steaks grilled to perfection, Westbank Grill pairs distinctive flavours with casual elegance. The setting offers a large stone fireplace, dynamic open kitchen and stunning views of Jackson Hole’s famed Rendezvous Peak and Teton Village. A table next to the kitchen offers a semi-private setting for smaller groups.

THE HANDLE BAR
Entertain in this American pub and beer hall that features a wide selection of American and international beers, whiskeys and provisions. A fun, relaxing spot after a long day of meetings – or a long day on the slopes!

THE POOL CAFE
During summer months, The Pool Cafe offers a unique alternative for al fresco mountainside dining. The restaurant serves burgers, sandwiches, salads and snacks, along with cool cocktails, fruit smoothies and iced treats.
Great Group Values
Host your meeting at an incredible rate and enjoy the ultimate Four Seasons experience – acclaimed individualized service, attention to detail and superior accommodation – for a meeting that is flawless, productive and unforgettable.
