Head Chef
Hailing from Beirut, Lebanon, Chef Ahmed El Zoghbi learned his passion for cooking from his mother and grandmother. He brings his love for homemade Lebanese food from his village in Lebanon to the heart of Cairo, incorporating them with a modern, sometimes Egyptian, twist by using the freshest of local ingredients. For him, the true flavours of Lebanon arise from carefully seasoned grilled meats and seafood as well as aromatic herbed and spiced mezzes.
