Robert Prendergast
Executive ChefBorn and raised in Ireland and previously stationed in the United Kingdom, Japan and in South Korea, Executive Chef Robert Prendergast’s international experience abroad has enhanced his passion for cooking. His favourite ingredients to work with are fresh locall produce and long-braised cuts of meat.
”One’s aim is not to just feed our guests but to entice them and evoke their culinary senses. When I craft a dish, I make sure it tells a story by infusing exceptional ingredients with a local twist so it resonates with our guests and experienced throughout all the five senses.”
