Arnaud Troalic
Pastry ChefA native of Guingamp, in Brittany, France, Arnaud Troalic was born with a sweet tooth, having become enamoured with a locally made chocolate puff pastry. After earning multiple certifications in culinary school, he worked in some of Paris’s most acclaimed kitchens. In 2011, Chef Troalic got his first taste of the South Pacific as a pastry chef, planting the seed for an eventual return to French Polynesia. He worked throughout France for the next near decade, before joining our Resort in 2021 as Pastry Chef.
