If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi charges no additional fee for children under 18 years old when sharing a bed with their parents or guardians (space permitting). For triple occupancy, an extra bed and/or breakfast charge will be required. Guests aged 18 years and older are considered adults and should be counted as such when booking.

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi offers non-smoking rooms on all guest floors in order to provide a healthier environment. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the building, and the nearest designated smoking spots are located a 5- to 10-minute walk from the building.
