Learn to elevate this cocktail classic in time for the holidays, featuring Tanqueray No. 10 Gin. Join Goldfinch Tavern’s Wesley Johnston and Ray Stencel, Diageo Reserve Trainer, as you make three gin cocktails to spice up your festive celebrations. After becoming a mixologist for the day, learn to make your own tonic to pair perfectly with your gin at home. Take home your own tonic creation to show off to your family this holiday season. Each cocktail will be paired with a bite from Executive Chef Emmanuel Calderon. USD 40 per person (21+)

HOLIDAY COOKIE DECORATING CLASS
Round up the kids and enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and decorate festive sugar cookies with Danielle Grogan, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle’s Pastry Chef and Ethan Stowell, chef and restaurateur. If you need thoughtful holiday gifts, take a couple to go! Tickets include cookies and decorating supplies with light refreshments. Each ticket is for a child and adult supervision is required.
