  • Pacific Northwest

Goldfinch Tavern, an Ethan Stowell Restaurant

Our upscale, waterfront tavern pays homage to the city’s pioneer days, providing a place for both travellers and locals to mingle over craft beer and cocktails, fresh-caught seafood and the simple-yet-delicious flavours of the Pacific Northwest. Named for the state bird of Washington, the American Goldfinch, the restaurant is a collaboration between Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and Ethan Stowell Restaurants. Celebrating and embodying the neighbourhood culinary spirit in Seattle, Four Seasons partnered with Seattle native and multiple James Beard Award nominee, Chef Ethan Stowell. His highly acclaimed restaurant group has more than a dozen neighbourhood restaurants in the city.

  • In-Room Bistro

Whether you’re time-zone–hopping, feeding a hungry team during an impromptu meeting or looking for quiet, private dining, you can choose from our extensive In-Room menu day or night.

  • Bar and Grill

    INFINITY pool + bar

There’s no place we’d rather be during the summer than this fun and laid-back poolside bar and grill, feasting on local favourites such as the Goldfinch Burger in between dips in the water.

  • Seafood

    Eventide

Perched above the beautiful tides of Elliott Bay, Eventide highlights the best of Pacific Northwest seafood. Inspired by the time of evening when the day ends and the sun sets, this poolside space for guests and locals blends open-air dining and an elevated, dynamic atmosphere for dinner.

  • Private Dining

Host a beer dinner, celebrate with friends and family, or talk shop with colleagues in one of Goldfinch Tavern’s two private dining rooms, each with seating up to 16.
