Effective August 20, 2021, per the City of San Francisco, access to Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is subject to:

i) the presentation of a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, for all individuals who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, to provide evidence of having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine that has received full approval or emergency use authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization; OR

ii) a digital vaccine card issued by the State of California, CLEAR HealthPass, CommonPass or VaxYes.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has launched an enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care. Upon arrival, there will be COVID-19 symptom screening for guests and patrons entering the property. Employees will be wearing masks and all guests, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces and when receiving in-room service, per the regulations of the City of San Francisco.

Acceptable evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination includes: Digital vaccine card issued by the State of California, CLEAR HealthPass, CommonPass or VaxYes, an original, digital photograph, or photocopy of CDC Vaccination Card (both sides), an official vaccine record issued by another state, a foreign nation, or the World Health Organization.

Non-hotel guests are welcome to visit MKT Restaurant & Bar, after showing proof of vaccination.
