MKT Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights. The full dinner menu is served in the bar/lounge area, but no reservations are taken.

Hailing from Pays de Loire in France, where he grew up on a farmstead, Chef Cyrille Pannier has worked in renowned kitchens around the world, from London to Los Angeles, bringing more than 30 years of culinary experience to oversee all culinary aspects of the Hotel.

Manager

Working his way up from a server position at Four Seasons Resort Santa Barbara, Brad Escobar now oversees restaurant operations at MKT Restaurant – Bar as its manager. With more than 15 years in food and beverage, Escobar works with the entire culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco to create a welcoming and elevated experience.

    The Den

    A monthly pop-up at MKT Bar, this live music event features bar manager Michael Baldonado’s craft cocktails for USD 10.

  • Fridays

    Chef's Tableside Fridays

    Your choice of a 32-oz Tomahawk Steak or Colorado Rack of Lamb is cut tableside and served with a variety of sides. A glass of wine is personally selected and paired with your dinner by the MKT team. (USD 62 per person, minimum of two people)

  • Every fourth Thursday at 6:00 pm

    Food, Wine, Friends

    Turning a traditional wine dinner upside down, this monthly event celebrates a local winery and amazing food, in an intimate setting of 10.
