CULINARY ACTIVITIES

  • TERTULIA NIGHT | November 1

The weekend kicks off with a reception-style multi-station dinner at Dos Catrinas, complemented by ocean views. Savour a diverse range of flavours and culinary dishes crafted in collaboration by both guest chefs and our Four Seasons culinary team. The evening is complete with professional makeup artists offering traditional Mexican body art, stilt walkers and performances by local musicians.

  • An overhead view of five pairs of hands holding tacos next to bowls of chips, salsa, peppers, limes and sauces.
    BARBACOA DEMONSTRATION | November 2

Referring to the local indigenous tradition of slow cooking a whole animal over a pit oven, chefs of our Resort will demonstrate the preparation of the meat, marinated with agave leaves and garnished with onion and cilantro. Complimentary for in-house guests, witness this traditional practice and sample the prepared meat.

  • A staff member holding a tray with two glasses of sparkling wine on top.
DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS DINNER | November 2

Indulge in a multi-course dinner experience at Dos Catrinas, where each guest chef will highlight their own course to showcase their individual creativity and expertise. The dinner will be accompanied by performances from local musicians.

  • A neon sign with Spanish writing in front of a painting of two people hugging on a stone wall.
MEZ BAR TAKEOVER | November 2

To continue the celebrations after dinner, we invite you to enjoy a nightcap at Mez Bar, featuring innovative cocktails and over 70 varieties of mezcal, along with live music.

  • LA VIDA BRUNCH | November 3

Conclude the weekend’s festivities with a celebration of life and friendship at Dos Catrinas’s Sunday brunch buffet. Highlights include traditional barbacoa, chilaquiles, a raw bar, and freshly made omelettes and pancakes.
