Wellness Retreat schedule – june
5:00 pm: Vino & Vinyasa
A rejuvenation experience designed to transition the body out of high-performance mode. Gentle mobility and breathwork techniques help regulate stress and shift physiology. The session is followed by a botanical wine tasting and discussion exploring restorative rituals to calm the nervous system and support deep sleep.
8:00 am – 8:45 am: Versailles Athletic Club
A dynamic session focused on preserving athleticism over time. Guests move through agility, coordination, and strength sequences inspired by elite training methods that speed natural fat burning. A core conditioning Pilates segment to follow the high-energy fitness movements. All levels encouraged.
10:00 am – 10:45 am: Somatic Sound & Complexion Reset
This immersive recovery experience pairs somatic sound therapy with express mineral face masks designed to calm both the nervous system and skin inflammation. As resonant sound frequencies move through the body, guests enjoy hydrating botanical masks paired with acupressure points to naturally release stress.

The experience explores the neurological phenomenon scientists call “blue mind” the calming cognitive effect of ocean environments. The session includes aromatherapy scent integration, gentle stretches and restorative visualization practices.
9:00 am – 9:45 am: Fountain of Youth Fitness
This energizing session introduces guests to the concept of speed as a longevity biomarker. Short bursts of fitness intervals, reaction drills, and neuromuscular activation exercises stimulate the fast-twitch muscle fibers that naturally decline with age. The result is a powerful metabolic reset and a surprisingly exhilarating experience.

The interactive session explores a modern, flexible approach to nutrition that supports sustained energy, metabolic resilience, and long-term vitality. Through an engaging discussion, Nora introduces key concepts including metabolic flexibility to support natural fat burning, nutrient timing to enhance cognitive output and anti-inflammatory staples to slow down the aging process. Paired with Nora’s Naturals smoothies.

A slow, precision-guided session focused on releasing deep muscular tension and restoring the nervous system through mobility work, breath-driven stretching and immersive relaxation.

A guided session introducing simple techniques to help both adults and children regulate stress and improve sleep. Families learn how breath, light exposure, and evening routines influence recovery, and build a realistic nightly ritual they can implement at home.8am: Train Like a Tennis Pro
A high-energy training experience inspired by elite tennis athletes. Guests rotate through fast-paced training drills- reaction ball challenges, partner rally competitions, and agility work- designed to sharpen footwork, coordination, and split-second decision-making. Expect a mix of friendly competition and skill-building that keeps everyone fully engaged.9am: Foundational Strength
An energizing strength session delivering essential movements to maintain a youthful physique. Through guided circuits, guests move through squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls using bodyweight, resistance, and partner-based exercises. The focus is on proper form, joint protection, and building strength in a way that feels both accessible and effective for all ages.
10am: Fueling the Modern Family
An interactive discussion breaking down how to keep energy stable throughout the day. Guests learn how to build balanced meals, avoid energy crashes, and make smarter choices when eating out or traveling.8am: Introduction to Padel
A fun, fast-paced introduction to one of the world’s fastest-growing racket sports. Families learn the fundamentals of padel through guided instruction- covering basic strokes and positioning, before jumping into short, game-based play.9am: Mobility That Matters
A guided, feel-good session focused on unlocking the areas that get tight from travel and daily life- hips, shoulders, and spine. Families move through simple, effective sequences using stretching, mobility drills, and light recovery tools, leaving with a short routine they can easily repeat at home.10am: Raising Healthy Performers
A candid conversation on building healthy habits in children and teens. Topics include sleep, screen time, nutrition, and how to create an environment that supports focus, confidence, and resilience.8am: Family Yoga
A guided, all-levels yoga experience designed for families to reset together. The session flows through simple, accessible sequences that improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Breathwork is woven throughout to help regulate energy and focus, followed by guided visualization to leave everyone feeling refreshed, and ready for the day.
