    Trattoria Versailles

    Trattoria Versailles by the Resort’s adult-only Versailles Pool presents an Italian menu for lunch daily from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm and dinner Monday and Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Fresh pasta, pizza, antipasti and other Italian specialties are offered for a wonderful al fresco dining experience.

  • Oysters & Martinis

    Elevate your Saturday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Martini Bar with our signature offering, Oysters & Martinis. Indulge in fresh oysters on the half shell and sip on our mixologist's signature martinis, including the Vesper, Passion Fruit Chili and Espresso martinis, or sip champagne by the glass or bottle.

  • Sunday Brunch at DUNE by Jean-Georges
    Every Sunday, 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm

    Join us for a brunch at our signature beachside restaurant, DUNE by Jean-Georges. Enjoy a buffet featuring multiple carving stations, fresh oysters, and a pasta and salad bar. Contact the Resort for more information and reservations.

    Wellness Retreats with Nora Tobin

    Maximize your wellness experience on property through a series of immersive Rejuvenation Weekend Retreats with special guest Nora Tobin, a certified integrated health coach and trusted wellness strategist to Fortune 100 leaders. Starting this June, Nora will lead four sessions at the Resort, featuring fitness classes, guided meditation, beachside yoga and more. Classes and seminars will be complimentary for registered resort guests over the following dates: October 16–19 and December 4–7.

    The Ocean Club invites guests to enjoy fitness classes led by renowned New York-based Physique 57 instructor Torrey Harada, with sessions taking place beside the turquoise waters of Paradise Island and the lush Versailles Pool and Gardens. Physique 57 has earned a devoted global following for its signature approach to movement, blending barre-inspired techniques, strength training, and dynamic conditioning. Designed to challenge and inspire, each class delivers a full-body workout focused on building strength, enhancing mobility, and fostering a sense of energy and balance. Classes will be complimentary for registered resort guests October 23 to 25, 2026.
