Our Resort is now open and welcoming guests, and we have launched an enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care. Upon arrival, there will be a screening procedure that may include temperature checking and questions regarding health and recent travel. Employees will be wearing masks and all guests (age 10 and above) will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces and when receiving in-room service. Masks are strongly recommended for children age 2-9 years old. In some jurisdictions, additional or more stringent regulations on mask usage are mandated and must therefore apply. In accordance with local health authorities, some restaurant and facility services and hours may also be modified. Please ensure that you are up to date on the latest government regulations when travelling.

The Government of The Bahamas requires all visitors to show proof of a negative RT-PCR test for COVID-19 taken no more than 5 days ahead of travel to The Bahamas. Guests who stay for more than 4 nights / 5 days will require a second antigen test 96 hours after arrival.

Many countries require a negative antigen or RT-PCR test upon re-entry, including US and Canada.

The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas offers testing onsite, conveniently administered in the privacy of the guest’s accommodation. The guest is responsible for making their own appointment for testing with the Resort Concierge team in a timely manner prior to departure, taking into consideration the test response time. Please note that a different type of test is required for re-entry to the US vs. Canada. We highly encourage guests to reconfirm with their travel agent or the State Department of their final destination testing requirements to ensure that the correct test is ordered.

Non-resort guests are welcome to visit DUNE restaurant, after showing proof of a negative PCR or Antigen Test taken within the past 7 days.
