    Join us this summer for a series of Rejuvenation Getaways led by renowned health and wellness expert, Nora Tobin. As a Certified Integrative Health Coach, keynote speaker and longtime collaborator of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Nora brings a wealth of knowledge met with an accessible approach. Rooted in her four key pillars – restore, perform, nourish and glow – the elevated experiences influence performance and power well-being without sacrificing indulgence. The getaways are customized with the ability for guests to sign up for the immersive program or enjoy workshops and classes à la carte.

All Rejuvenation Getaways will offer one-on-one sessions with Nora, including nutrition coaching, performance visualization and fitness training.  
 
Classes and workshops offered over these dates will be bookable exclusively by registered Resort guests. Guests can register for these individual fee-based classes and seminars directly with the Concierge or in person at the Fitness Centre. Private sessions with Nora Tobin are offered for an additional fee.

    Nora is the CEO and founder of Nora’s Naturals, a performance nutrition line founded in Santa Barbara, California. She is the executive partner to Fortune 100 leadership teams, scaling corporate wellness programs, nutrition coaching and performance keynotes worldwide. Nora is an editorial model, journalist and Certified Integrative Health Coach. As a former Del Mar Ocean Lifeguard, she has received advanced certifications in helicopter, scuba and zodiac rescue.
