Founded by visionary winemaker Jayson Woodbridge in 2000, Hundred Acre crafts small-lot Cabernet Sauvignons that have become benchmarks of modern Napa Valley. With vineyards on Howell Mountain and the valley floor, the winery is known for its detail, bold structure and consistent 100-point acclaim. Woodbridge leads with a commitment to quality – every berry is hand-sorted, every barrel selected with care. Wines such as Ark, Morgan's Way and Wraith are rarely poured outside private cellars, making this dinner a rare opportunity to experience one of Napa’s most coveted producers. The evening features a seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to pair with Hundred Acre Wines.
