Overview
Founded in 2005 by South Korean entrepreneur Hi Sang Lee, DANA Estates crafts limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon from organically farmed vineyards in Rutherford and Howell Mountain. Renowned consultant Philippe Melka leads the winemaking alongside Maura Johnson, crafting single-vineyard Cabernet from Helms, Lotus and Hershey Vineyards, as well as a Sauvignon Blanc and a second wine blended from estate-grown fruit. Melka’s continued excellence has earned DANA a devoted following and consistent critical acclaim. The evening features a seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to pair with DANA Estate wines.
