Award-winning chef, author and TV personality Marcus Samuelsson is responsible for many successful restaurants worldwide, including Red Rooster Harlem, Red Rooster Shoreditch, and Marcus B&P. Samuelsson was the youngest person ever to receive a three-star review from The New York Times and has won multiple James Beard Foundation Awards. Here in Montreal, Chef Samuelsson is finding inspiration from local growers and producers, creating menus that reflect his Ethiopian roots, his Swedish childhood and the cultural mosaic of his home in New York City.
