An Exclusive LOUIS XIII Pop‑Up
This winter, the terrace of Brasserie Benjamin welcomes its first alpine collaboration with Maison Louis XIII – an ode to time, craftsmanship and exceptional taste. At its centre, a striking crystal decanter rests within a sculpted snowflake, crowned with the iconic fleur‑de‑lis. Après-ski, the experience unfolds through rare tastings, paired with caviar or Bellota. Pastry Chef Jonathan Chapuy completes the ritual with a vibrant citrus creation for a memorable finale.Signature Thursdays at Brasserie Benjamin
This winter, Brasserie Benjamin unveils a series of themed evenings crafted by Chef Acquaviva. Italy takes centre stage on February 5, followed by a dive into the flavours of the sea on February 12. The aroma of truffle sets the tone on February 19, before a celebration of game and wild meats on February 26. On March 6,* a wine-focused experience features Domaine Vincent Dancer and Pierre-Vincent Girardin, and March 12 is inspired by mountain herbs. *Evening exceptionally rescheduled to a Friday.
