Overview

Tour the local fish market to learn about Balinese culture and culinary traditions. Next, get cooking at our state-of-the-art Jala Cooking Academy, followed by a single-origin coffee tasting. We offer lessons in Balinese, Javanese, Sumatran or other regional cuisines with menus inspired by our community. Each module features four recipes.
