Phillip Taylor

EXECUTIVE CHEF

During university, Phillip Taylor worked at a bustling café on Melbourne’s famous Lygon Street. He was inspired by the camaraderie, his mentor and the stories behind dishes. Thirteen years later and he has travelled the globe as a chef, from Michelin-starred restaurants in London to flagship restaurants and hotels around Asia.

“I believe in working with local producers to ensure that our ingredients are organic, fresh and socially responsible. It’s an exciting time to be part of Bali’s evolving dining scene.”
