Enjoy three specially-crafted Negroni cocktails, including Classic Negroni (Fords Gin, Campari, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth); Port of Fire (Russell's Reserve 6 Year Old Rye, Campari, Port wine); and Caffe Bianco- Fords Gin, Coffee-infused Campari, Italicus, Chareau). Additionally, the Pool Deck Cafe will feature two special wood-fired pizza and Negroni pairings through the week. A portion of proceeds will benefit Slow Food’s mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage.

Embrace the flavours of autumn and Bavarian tradition by celebrating Oktoberfest at Bayou & Bottle. The culinary team has created a traditional Octoberfest plate which includes soft pretzel rods with cheese dip, bavarian bratwurst with whole grain mustard, pastrami slices, cambozola triple cream soft-ripened blue cheese, muenster cheese, sauerkraut and cornichons. Specials on Equal Parts Brewing’s Loggerbier will be on tap, providing a classic German Pilsner to complement the cuisine.
