With nearly 20 years of culinary experience, praised chef Wang Yong is able to demonstrate his outstanding skills in the kitchens of Jin Sha at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake. Chef WeiluPastry Chef
The majority of Chef Weilu’s recipes come from her extensive travel experience, where she immerses herself into the local culture, often strolling through provincial markets in the hope of discovering unconventional flavours. She is excited to be at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, where she can explore all that Hangzhou has to offer while creating new pastries and desserts that are infused with regional ingredients.

Simon LiHead Sommelier
After moving to Hangzhou in 2016, Simon Li was honoured to become a member of Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne in 2019. Now, he leads the wine program at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake as Head Sommelier, where he manages a selection of nearly 300 wines and 1,200 bottles. Simon is also working with Ecospirit on trying to reduce the Hotel's carbon footprint.
