Wilson Leong

WESTERN CHEF DE CUISINE
Chef Wilson Leong uses inspiration from working with Italian consultant Chef Patrick Benedetti of Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. He believes textures and variations are most important to create exciting bistro plates without following the classical style or trend. He enjoys spicing up his plates to present family-style meals, rather than fine dining Italian dishes. Chef Leong is excited to reinvent the modern West Lake Bistro into the most desirable restaurant in Hangzhou, serving Italian antipasti, fresh pasta, risotto and dessert.
