With a lifelong passion for pastry, Chef Nicolas Lambert brings unparalleled expertise to Four Seasons Hotels Dubai. Raised in a family of French artisans, he honed his craft under industry legends. From Michelin-starred kitchens in Hong Kong to award-winning leadership in Russia, he’s earned accolades such as Pastry Chef of the Year 2022 by Gault & Millau and Asia’s Best Pastry Chef by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
