A unique partnership between Ethan Stowell Restaurants and Four Seasons, our upscale, waterfront tavern pays homage to the city’s pioneer days, providing a place for both travellers and locals to mingle over craft beer and cocktails, fresh-caught seafood and the simple-yet-delicious flavours of the Pacific Northwest.

There’s no place we’d rather be during the summer than this fun and laid-back poolside bar and grill, feasting on locally sourced favourites such as a Dungeness Crab Cocktail or West Coast Fish Tacos in between dips in the water.
