Join Goldfinch Tavern’s Wesley Johnston and Ray Stencel, Diageo Reserve Trainer, as you make three gin cocktails to spice up your festive celebrations. After becoming a mixologist for the day, learn to make your own tonic to pair perfectly with your gin at home. Take home your own tonic creation to show off to your family this holiday season. Each cocktail will be paired with a bite from Executive Chef Emmanuel Calderon. USD 40 per person (21+)
