Chef Leong Then
Chef Leong Then has spent more than three decades in the kitchen honing his craft. After famously opening Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai’s Asian restaurant, San:Qi in 2008, he quickly became a familiar name within India’s gourmet circles. Following Mumbai, Chef Leong’s culinary journey with Four Seasons took him to Doha, St. Petersburg, Singapore and most recently the picturesque islands of Seychelles, before his Bengaluru calling. His passion has always been to infuse magic with the breath of the wok!
