Growing up in the seaside town Torres Vedras, Portugal, with a globe-trotting gastronomic sense of adventure, Chef Edgar has an uniquely artistic and refined approach – largely influenced by French techniques and flair – that has seen his long-time explorations of authentic Portuguese dishes evolve towards the delicate and elegant interpretations that he is best known for today.
