Hailing from Barcelona, Spain, Executive Chef Jose Fernandez injects the hallmarks of Spanish cuisine with local flavours. With more than 20 years of experience, the culinary veteran spent his formative years working in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Spain. Now, he helms Terra where he conceptualizes dishes full of Santa Fe whimsy.
