Florie's serves Mediterranean cuisine cooked over live fire, created by Chef Partner Mauro Colagreco for Palm Beach, Florida. The dinner menu runs from a raw bar with oysters and a seafood tower to artisan pasta and pizza, fish such as swordfish Milanese, and meats including rack of lamb with Provençal sauce. Every dinner begins with Colagreco's signature sharing bread, served warm for the table.

Florie's Bar serves cocktails from its Botanical Guide menu, where each drink is named after a plant: Jasmine pairs bourbon with Averna and lemon, and Lemon Balm combines basil, Italicus and champagne.
