Chef Partner Mauro Colagreco leads over 25 restaurants worldwide, including Mirazur, voted “Best Restaurant in the World 2019” by The World’s Best Restaurants list. Here at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, he runs his only restaurant in the United States, Florie’s.
