Upon arrival, we welcome our youngest guests with a special check-in, where they receive a Kids Passport, as well as colouring activities and puzzles to keep them entertained throughout their stay. In your guest room or suite, delicious complimentary treats await.

Kids Passport

The fun begins at check-in, when kids receive their Passports – photo and stamp scavenger hunt booklets for use throughout our Hotel. When they return a completed Passport to the Front Desk, they can claim the ultimate prize.

Pyjama (or Yukata) Party

Dressing in sync makes family experiences even more fun. During your stay, both parents and kids receive Four Seasons pyjamas. Yukatas (casual Japanese kimonos) are also available for kids. Not only are these signature garments comfortable – they’re also Instagrammable.

A Tent Full of Magic

Suite guests ages 3 to 5 receive a tent and an array of toys to camp out in style and create a fantasyland of their own, filled with characters and stories from their imaginations. Embrace Edo Summer: Yukata for Young Explorers

Introduce your children to the charm of Edo-Tokyo with our yukata experience, where they can dress in traditional summer attire and stroll through the Imperial Palace Garden or enjoy a Japanese-style afternoon tea with city views. This experience is available exclusively with direct bookings for children ages 6 to 12. Yukatas are available in sizes 100 to 160 centimetres (39 to 63 inches). Reservations must be made at least five days prior to check in.
