Restaurant ChefBorn in Mahasarakham, Thailand, Chef Wattana Lai-On brings more than 20 years of experience in Japanese and Asian cuisine to Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita. Having worked across Thailand, the Middle East, Europe and Africa, he is known for his precision, discipline and respect for authentic flavours. At Awase, he combines traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary creativity, crafting refined dining experiences inspired by harmony, craftsmanship and exceptional ingredients.

Sergio Favata
Italian ChefBorn in Italy, Chef Sergio Favata brings more than 18 years of international culinary experience and a deep passion for authentic Italian cuisine to Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita. Inspired by the recipes and traditions passed down through his grandmother, he celebrates the spirit of Italian hospitality through handmade pastas, classic flavours and locally sourced ingredients. Sous Chef, Ti PwasonBorn in Mauritius, Chef Trishna Idayahmadoo brings more than a decade of culinary experience to Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita. Having spent much of his career working across international cruise lines and the Resort’s diverse dining venues, he has developed a deep appreciation for fresh ingredients, authentic flavours and simple, honest cooking.
