Mauritian culture, including our food, blends French, Indian, Chinese, Dutch, British and African influences. Our dining venues are almost as varied, from an Italian restaurant to an exclusive Four Seasons beach, and our executive chef will work with you to create custom menus for your meeting or event.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED
- Open Tables
Every one of our restaurants takes advantage of the surrounding landscape. Beau Champ features outdoor pavilions. Bambou is poolside. Acquapazza’s open-air design incorporates the neighbouring lagoon, as does O-Bar lounge. Our newest restaurant is the aptly named Beach Grill.
Details - Mauritian Meals for a Crowd
Our tropical buffet menu embodies our melting pot of cultures and colonial past. Dishes include Creole chicken in pineapple rice, seafood vindaloo and banana flambé.
- Private Dining
Our Italian restaurant, Acquapazza, offers a dining room that can be privatized, and our wine cellar at Beau Champ can accommodate up to five people for a wine-pairing dinner. For a homey feel, host a dining event in one of our larger villas.
- Dine at the Water's Edge
If your guests want an outdoor dining experience, we can convert our Bambou Beach peninsula into a venue for a 200-seated dinner. Our exclusive beach at Ile aux Cerfs offers a capacity of 180.
