    Our award-winning chefs’ interpretation of a classic Indian Thali platter – a selection of miniature dishes originally served on a banana leaf – is a veritable four-course feast for the senses. Following a selection of starters and Tandoori-Baked Malai Lobster, flavours and fragrances sing from a six-dish Thali platter ranging from Chicken Khurchan and Saag Gosht to Beetroot Poriyal.
