To mark Global Wellness Day, The Spa at Four Seasons will offer a one-of-a-kind group morning Sound Bath Healing session in partnership with Sahana Sound that will promote a lasting inner stillness, reflecting this year’s theme #ReconnectMagenta. Set in our 10th-floor skyline Spa flooded with natural light and with tranquil views overlooking London’s famous sights, this transformative 50-minute experience combines the soothing harmonics of crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, gongs and chimes to penetrate each cell with restorative energy.
