A Four Seasons Turkey

November 27 – December 30

Bring the magic of the holidays home with our takeaway turkey, complete with all the trimmings. AED 900 for 4–5 kg turkey; AED 1,100 for a 7–10 kg turkey; AED 2,026 for a 4–5 kg full turkey feast with side dishes. Orders should be placed a minimum of 72 hours before pick-up.

The Magic of Two Festive Afternoon Tea

Our own Nicolas Lambert and Michael Bartocetti, Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, come together to create an unforgettable festive experience in Shai Salon. AED 450 per person with one glass of Champagne; AED 300 per person with coffee and tea.

Make your celebrations sweeter with award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert’s signature Bûche de Noël – an elegant and delicious festive treat. AED 375; serves 6–8 people. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance for pick-up at Shai Salon.

Celebrate Epiphany with a French tradition reimagined by Nicolas Lambert and Head Baker Suresh. Hidden inside is a a porcelain charm, waiting to crown the finder king or queen for the day. AED 250 per galette; serves 6–8 people. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance for pick-up at Shai Salon.

Mercury invites you to the ultimate New Year’s Eve party in Dubai. Dance to live DJ beats, sip festive cocktails and enjoy stunning skyline views as fireworks light up the city. AED 1,500 to AED 2,500 per person for table bookings based on view, inclusive of a selection of canapés and a glass of Champagne; AED 750 per person for walk-in guests with drinks only, inclusive of canapés and a glass of Champagne.
