Executive ChefOriginally from India, Executive Chef Shiv Kappal began his Four Seasons journey on the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, launching what would become an 18-year career with the brand. He’s refined his craft across diverse kitchens, from the city pace of Abu Dhabi to the remote luxury of the Maldives, where open-fire cooking and bold, natural flavours became his hallmark.
