Executive Chef
Originally from India, Executive Chef Shiv Kappal began his Four Seasons journey on the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, launching what would become an 18-year career with the brand. He’s refined his craft across diverse kitchens, from the city pace of Abu Dhabi to the remote luxury of the Maldives, where open-fire cooking and bold, natural flavours became his hallmark. Now in Whistler, he brings a love of nature and a focus on seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine that elevates fine dining in Whistler. Rooted in curiosity, creativity and deep respect for the stories food can tell, Chef Kappal helps set the tone for memorable experiences across our collection of Whistler restaurants.
