    A beloved Whistler tradition, our courtyard fills up Thursday nights with guests enjoying craft-beer–infused grilled dishes, drink specials, live music and treats from our favourite local purveyors.

Culinary Experiences

Leaving guests with a sense of who you are, where you came from and what you’re passionate about is what I enjoy most about my role here. The Thursday BeerBQs invite a collaboration between two things that I know very well – great beer and great barbecue.
