Executive ChefOriginally from India, Executive Chef Shiv Kappal began his Four Seasons journey on the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, sparking what would become an 18-year career with the brand. He honed his craft across a variety of kitchens, from the city buzz of Abu Dhabi to the remote luxury of the Maldives, where open-fire cooking and bold, natural flavours became his hallmark. His move to Whistler reflects both his love of nature and his passion for seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine. Chef Kappal’s leadership style is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and a deep respect for the stories that food can tell.
