Chef Sebastien oversees our award-winning restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC. Born and raised in Toulon, France, he discovered his love of cooking from his grandmother Pierette, frequenting local markets and using fresh fish in the family’s recipes. Chef Sebastien went on to work in various Michelin-starred restaurants, specializing in classical French cuisine with a French Riviera flair, before his arrival in DC.
