    Tavernetta Vail’s take on classic Italian lemon ricotta pancakes. Griddled to perfection, filled with sweet fresh blueberries and hints of hand-squeezed lemon. Topped with whipped ricotta, berries and raspberry icing sugar.

  • Foccacia sandwich

    Our famous Freshly baked Focaccia toasted to perfection, pesto a la trapanese, topped with lemon oil dressed arugula, creamy mozzarella cheese, heirloom tomatoes, hand-cut prosciutto di parma and a drizzle of balsamic.

  • Museli alto adige

    Indulge in a light, fresh start to the morning with our Museli alto adige made with organic oats cold soaked overnight with Colorado honey, oat milk and fresh citrus. Topped with toasted coconut, chia seeds, pepita seeds, fresh grapefruit and thinly sliced apple.
