Executive ChefExecutive Chef Davide Mastrangeli’s love for cooking began with fond memories of his mother’s cooking creations and the diverse food cultures he experienced while travelling to various countries. His appreciation for distinctive regional cuisines led to a passion for culinary art. Mastrangeli has worked his way through different countries, leaving a mark in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, including Armani Hotel in Dubai, Shangri-La and Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai, and well-known restaurants in Rome, London and Taipei. Marking his entrance into the Four Seasons family here in Suzhou, he looks forward to bringing a luxurious dining experience to guests.
