Valid forms of vaccination include: vaccination card; photo of vaccination card; record from MyIRMobile.com or other App; printed record from vaccine provider or MyIRmobile.com. The Hotel will not retain or share information concerning guests’ or patrons’ vaccine status or test results unless required by law.
