    Enjoy a four-course mezcal pairing dinner, presented by Proof Chef Edgar Flores and Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos. Sip and savour handcrafted cocktails from our Proof mixologists, while experiencing the story of pairing the food with the cocktails. Reservations are required, and the cost is USD 120 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity.
