Chuck Kazmer
Executive ChefChef Chuck’s Four Seasons career began in Austin with a culinary apprenticeship and has since spanned more than 30 years at seven properties and counting. In his role, Chef Chuck oversees all aspects of the culinary operation, including leading the menu creation at the property’s signature Spanish restaurant, Talavera.

Yudith Bustos
Executive Pastry ChefChef Yudith brings more than a decade of Four Seasons experience to her role in Scottsdale, representing properties including her native Costa Rica, Washington, DC and Dallas. Known for her creativity in the pastry kitchen, she draws inspiration from her surroundings to create sweets that surprise and delight, including her signature cactus cakes adorned with prickly pear fruit.
