How to Book
- When booking online, please enter the corresponding booking code into the Promo Code field and select the number of nights for your relevant offer (WARMUP2 – two nights, WARMUP4 – four nights, WARMUP6 – six nights).
Terms and Conditions
- When reserving online, please use the relevant booking code based on your vaccination status. Reservations must be made at least three days in advance.
- Once booking is complete, please provide the following documents via email, as per Indonesian government entry requirements: scanned copy of passport for each guest; scanned copy of vaccination certificate for each guest; flight details/itinerary for all guests; mobile number and email address for the key contact person while travelling.
- A full deposit will be charged to the booking credit card seven days prior to expected arrival date (if the reservation is made fewer than seven days prior to expected arrival date, a full deposit will be charged at the time of booking). The same credit card must be presented at check-in.
- We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your expected arrival date with a full refund of the deposit.
- When travelling with children under 18 years of age who are not vaccinated, the quarantine duration will follow the status of the parent/guardian.
