Before joining Four Seasons Hotel Osaka, Bar Manager Maxime Verrier headed award-winning bars such as Sommerro House and Kastellet in Oslo, and was part of the opening team at HIMKOK. With experience at Michelin-starred restaurants and a deep knowledge of Nordic ingredients, he brings both innovation and refined hospitality to his craft.
