Bar Manager
Before joining Four Seasons Hotel Osaka, Bar Manager Maxime Verrier headed award-winning bars such as Sommerro House and Kastellet in Oslo, and was part of the opening team at HIMKOK. With experience at Michelin-starred restaurants and a deep knowledge of Nordic ingredients, he brings both innovation and refined hospitality to his craft.

Sakura Hanami Burger

The popular Bar Bota hamburger – perfect with cocktails and whisky – returns this spring in a limited-edition flavour. A beef patty is topped with sakura leaf and cherry chutney, as well as Hokkaido sakura cheese, creating a subtle salty note and a floral aroma that evokes the arrival of spring.
