A native of Paris, France, Executive Chef Edouard Deplus discovered his passion for cooking at an early age, inspired by the family meals that first sparked his love of hospitality. His culinary journey began in Paris alongside Michelin-distinguished Chef Yannick Alléno at Le Meurice before taking him to acclaimed kitchens across Australia, Europe, French Polynesia and the Maldives. Today, Chef Deplus brings his international experience and global perspective to Edge Miami, where his menus are centered on quality ingredients, timeless techniques and approachable flavours, offering a fresh interpretation of contemporary American dining.
