EVERYTHING YOU NEED
- A TASTE OF MIAMI
Our chefs blend the best of international cuisine with Latin and Caribbean flair. Cater your event with a wide range of dishes, such as a Yucatán Red Snapper cooked whole in banana leaves, a whole pig prepared Miami-style in a “Caja China” or a classic Cubano sandwich with sliced pork loin.
- RESORT RESTAURANTS
Our on-site restaurant EDGE, Steak and Bar is a stylish modern steakhouse offering high-quality cuts of meat and local seafood paired with creatively crafted seasonal vegetables and sides. Host a small gathering in a private room or on the adjoining terrace. Poolside restaurant Bahia can be privatized for a tropical, outdoor event as well.
- AL-FRESCO DINING
Take advantage of our year-round tropical weather by dining outside – whether you’re hosting an intimate meal under a poolside pergola or a banquet for 250 guests on the Palm Grove Terrace. We can also accommodate receptions and banquets on two other terraces with city views.
- HANDS-ON LEARNING
For a team-building or incentive activity, let us concoct a cooking class or mixology lesson for your attendees. They’ll learn new techniques from our expert culinary team while enjoying favourite dishes and drinks.Details
Chef Aaron Brooks never disappoints. One of our major donors remarked on how wonderful the food was for such a large event. They were truly impressed. This may have been our best gala yet.Maria Maloof Event Planner, Kristi House
Aaron BrooksExecutive Chef
Australian by birth, Executive Chef Aaron Brooks has cooked all over the world for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since 2001. No matter his location, he’s always stayed true to his motto, “food has to be seasonal and relevant to where you are.” In Miami, Aaron has embraced the local cuisine and its Latin culture while also maintaining his own heritage. He’s known as Miami’s “Lambassador,” because of his menus featuring Aussie lamb and grilled chops. Aaron is a true craftsman, curating his own charcuterie and designing a weekly Tasting Experience menu. His passion for food extends beyond the kitchen, as he teaches local children the importance of nutrition, sources ingredients from nearby farms and mentors young culinary artisans.
“I love doing hands-on learning experiences with groups. They're fun, and guests can take home a piece of Miami's culinary culture.”
